    • Genuine Emergencies: In the case of a genuine, documented emergency that prevents you from participating in the course or service, I may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

    Credits: In cases where a refund isn’t possible, I may be able to offer a credit towards future courses or services. This will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
