NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions of Use are binding. It is your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to purchasing TEASE.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and participation in the TEASE workshop (referred to as the "workshop") provided by me, Sophie Alexandra Wurr, through Wild Rose Wellness. By purchasing and accessing the workshop, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any disclaimers included herein. You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, to purchase and participate in the workshop. Access to the workshop by minors is prohibited, and I reserve the right to terminate access if such a situation is discovered.

2. Scope of Responsibility

You understand and accept that any physical, emotional, or psychological outcomes, effects, or injuries resulting from the workshop, whether during the sessions, activities, home practices, or arising at any other time, are entirely and solely your responsibility. I, Sophie Alexandra Wurr, am not liable or responsible for any actions, inaction, or outcomes resulting from the services provided. You acknowledge that this workshop is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical condition.

3. Intellectual Property

All practices, materials, and instructions provided within the workshop are for your personal use only and remain the intellectual property of Sophie Alexandra Wurr and Wild Rose Wellness. The content may not be shared, copied, taught, used for any public or private group activity or performance, or reproduced, either partially or in full, in any format without explicit written permission from Sophie Alexandra Wurr.

Participation in TEASE does not qualify or certify you to teach any of the content yourself. If a breach of intellectual property is suspected, your access to the workshop will be terminated immediately without refund, and you will be blocked from future purchases or engagement with Sophie Alexandra Wurr. Serious cases of plagiarism may result in legal action.

4. Fees and Refunds Policy

4.1 Refund Policy

All payments made for the workshop are final and non-refundable. Emergency refunds will only be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Sophie Alexandra Wurr. There is NO REFUND if you change your mind, regardless of when you choose to withdraw from the workshop. Upon purchasing the workshop, you commit to the full workshop and its associated fees. You are responsible for full payment of the workshop fees, regardless of whether you complete the workshop.

If you have opted for a payment plan, you are required to complete all remaining payments according to the schedule set at the time of purchase.

4.2 Payment Plan

If you have selected a payment plan, you agree to pay all outstanding payments as outlined at checkout, regardless of participation in the workshop. Payment plans are offered to facilitate your investment in personal growth and development. You are obligated to complete the full payment, even if you choose to withdraw from the workshop.

If a payment is missed, your access to the workshop and associated community will be paused until payment is received. You agree to pay all costs, including debt collection agency fees and solicitor’s costs, that I may incur in recovering any outstanding payments, whether or not legal proceedings are initiated.

5. Health and Safety

By attending the TEASE, whether in a private home, a yoga studio, or another venue, you agree to comply with all health and safety instructions provided. You are responsible for ensuring that you are in good health and fit to participate in the workshop. If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or other concerns, it is your responsibility to inform me in advance.

6. Liability Waiver

By attending the TEASE in any location, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk. I, Sophie Alexandra Wurr, will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the workshop. You agree to release and discharge me from any claims or liabilities related to your participation.

7. Code of Conduct

Respectful and appropriate behavior is expected at all times during the workshop. I reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the premises if their behavior is deemed disruptive or inappropriate. No refund will be provided in such cases.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

As the workshop may take place in various venues, I ask that you respect the privacy and confidentiality of the location and other participants. Personal information shared during the workshop must not be disclosed outside the group without explicit permission.

9. Venue-Specific Rules

By attending the TEASE in any venue, you agree to follow any specific rules or guidelines communicated before or during the workshop. This may include guidelines regarding footwear, use of certain rooms or areas, or other specific instructions related to the environment.

10. Termination of Contract

I reserve the right to terminate your participation in the workshop at any time if I determine that you have violated these Terms. I will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any violations and provide an opportunity to remedy them. However, if you fail to resolve the issue or continue to violate these Terms, your participation in the workshop will be terminated without refund.

I also reserve the right to terminate your participation in the workshop if I deem your behavior to be unsafe or inappropriate. I will attempt to communicate any concerns clearly and provide an opportunity for resolution. If the issue is not resolved, your participation in the workshop will be terminated without refund.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing TEASE, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Your participation in the workshop constitutes acceptance of all the terms outlined above.
